Our driveway is suitable for up to 3 cars, it is a little steep so we suggest a small SUV or larger. Sometimes a longer hitch can scrape. Avoid this by staying to the right side of the driveway when entering. Street parking is not available. 

A $300 Refundable damage deposit may be used for damages (fair market price), additional cleaning, repairs and/or any house rules broken.<br />

Baby gate, playpen/pack and play, toys available.

There is a large wrap around deck and stairs to enter the cabin, as well as 3 steps with a handrail up to the bedroom level. 

While our cabin may feature some baby/toddler friendly items, YOU are responsible for the supervision, safety and security of children at ALL times.

We have all standard kitchen appliances including pots/pans, griddle, toaster, blender, food processor, hand held mixer, and an ever popular air fryer.
 
Are you a coffee lover? We have an espresso machine, pour over, drip and French press. Just bring your favorite coffee! 

Entertain while you cook! There is a large breakfast bar/counter with three counter stools so you don't have to stop socializing while you whip up dinner. 

We are nestled amongst Sugar pine and Cedar trees in a quiet neighborhood of Miwuk Village. 

Our space is most comfortable for 5-6 people, ideally two couples or a family.

Sit around and enjoy coffee or cocktails on the deck. Or fire up the gas BBQ while enjoying the sights.  A small back patio also available for use.

Fire Extinguisher located in entry closet and kitchen. 

Multiple smoke and CO detectors, as well as propane detector.

Not accepting pets at this time but we do travel with our own family dog at times. Please take this into consideration if you have a pet/dog allergy.

No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property.

WiFi at 400+ Mbps - great for multiple devices! 

Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Direct TV(streaming), mix of DVDs. Use additional Firestick Streaming apps to login to your own subscriptions!

Home Security alarm system available for use at night or while away, using your unique check in code.
